What We Do

Cleaning built for critical environments.

Precision cleaning that protects uptime, extends hardware life and keeps your facility compliant.

01 · Verification · ISO 8502-9 & ISO 14644-1

Cleanliness Testing

We don’t just clean — we prove it. During cleaning operations, our technicians use CleanCertify and AirCertify scanners to provide third-party certification that surface and air cleanliness meets ISO 8502-9 and ISO 14644-1 cleanliness standards.

Ionized Cleaning

Standard cleaning fails because submicron particles cling via electrostatic attraction. We use our proprietary IonClean™ system, which actively charges brushes to deliver targeted ions on contact — breaking this static bond and effortlessly removing microscopic contamination.

03 · ULPA Filtration · Certified Capture

ULPA Vacuum Cleaning

Once contamination is released, it's captured with a ULPA-filtered vacuum certified to remove particles down to 0.12 microns — far below what standard HEPA or janitorial vacuums can trap. This is specialized cleanroom equipment operated by trained cleanroom technicians, not general facilities staff, and it's a core reason our results hold up to certified air and surface testing.

Ionic Contamination

Clean to the eye. Contaminated underneath.

Removing ionic contamination is a different job from removing dust — and a far more dangerous one to leave undone. A surface can look completely clean while still carrying a heavy load of corrosive chlorides.

We once cleaned a data center after a particle incident caused by its fire-suppression system discharging, even though there was no actual fire. A few months later, the customer began noticing corrosion-related downtime. By the time we inspected the facility, every surface looked spotless to the eye — but the surface chemistry told a different story.

250µg Cl⁻/cm² measured

Our technicians measured chloride levels of roughly 250 micrograms per cm² on surfaces that appeared visually clean — fifty times above the 5 micrograms per cm² limit recognized for electronic equipment.

01

Why Standard Cleaning Falls Short

We've found that standard janitorial cleaning methods do not effectively remove chloride-laden dust — they can move it around or embed it further, rather than lifting it off the surface.

02

The IonDuster™ Method

One of our key tools is the IonDuster™, which uses an oppositely charged brush to attract and remove charged ionic particle contamination from equipment, cable trays, ceiling infrastructure and more — without disrupting live operations.

Certified Cleanliness

We don't just clean — we prove it.

Every cleaning engagement can be backed by independent measurement, so you have documented, standards-referenced evidence of the result — not just a visual inspection.

01

Air Cleanliness Testing — ISO 14644-1 Class 8

We perform airborne particle counting in your data hall and certify the result against ISO 14644-1 Class 8, giving you an auditable record of air cleanliness after every job.

02

Surface Cleanliness Testing — ISO 8502-9

We measure residual soluble salts and ionic contamination on rack and floor surfaces per ISO 8502-9, confirming that the corrosive residues behind board and connector failures have actually been removed, against a threshold of <5 micrograms ionic contamination per cm².
