24/7 Corrosion monitoring is essential for all data centers and technical rooms! Prove compliance with Corrosion Card™

Provides immediate visual validation if data center air quality meets ASHRAE TC 9.2 air requirements as mandated by equipment manufacturers and insurers. Corrosion Card™ features advanced reactivity indicators that undergo a noticeable color change upon exposure to corrosive air contamination or if metal corrosion occurs.

Corrosion Card™ can be returned any time for a laboratory report using the return mailer included in the kit.

Kit contents: Corrosion Card™, instructions and international postage paid sampler return mailer for laboratory processing.

Advertise your brand with custom printed indicator cards:

Stick to a wall, pillar or rack. As long as the indicators remain free from visible discoloration, you can rest assured that you are in compliance with the stringent requirements set by ASHRAE TC 9.2.

In case of any discoloration of the sampler indicators send the sampler for laboratory processing with the international post paid mailer included in the kit. The laboratory report shows if the following requirements for data center air is consistently being maintained:

  • Air Particles: ISO 14644-1 Class 8

  • Metal Corrosion: ANSI/ISA-71.04 Level G1

  • Chloride Contamination: < 5 µg/cm2

When your sampler arrives at our laboratory we will send you a quote. After receiving payment we will email you the laboratory report.

Corrosion is responsible for about half of all electronic equipment failures. Corrosion monitoring is therefore an important tool for avoiding costly downtime as well as cancellation of insurance and equipment warranties. Corrosion Card™ shows if ASHRAE TC 9.2 requirements are consistently being maintained.
