The Dust Fallout Sampler measures the deposition rate of particles. It’s used in particle contamination investigations.
A Dust Fallout Sampler is a device used to measure the rate at which dust particles settle out of the air and deposit onto surfaces. It's commonly used in environmental monitoring to assess air quality and investigate particle contamination. The sampler collects particles over a set period, allowing users to analyze the amount and type of particulate matter present in the air.
The sampler is attached to vertical surfaces like walls using a non-permanent, non-marking adhesive tab and collects dust in a horizontal position.
One or more of the following lab tests can be ordered:
Deposition rate of corrosive particles (e.g., chlorides).
Deposition rate distribution based on particle size and shape (e.g., fibers, PM10, PM2.5).
